Shipping Policy

Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Times:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Puerto Rico: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–15 business days

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.  
Free shipping may be available during promotions or for qualifying orders.

Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package.

Delays:
Shipping times may vary due to weather conditions, holidays, carrier delays, or high demand. We do our best to keep you informed of any unexpected delays.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
OVNY7 is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly to open a claim.

Incorrect Address:
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
