Return and Refund Policies

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.  
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received.

Return Process:
1. Contact us at info@ovny7.com with your order number.
2. We will send you the return instructions and the return address.
3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement within 3–5 business days.

Costs:
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your product arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within the first 48 hours for assistance.

In all cases — including defective or incorrect items — the product must be returned so we can send it to our supplier, validate the issue, and recover the investment.  
Once the returned item is received and verified, we will:

- Send a replacement at no additional cost, or  
- Issue a full refund, depending on the customer’s preference.

No replacements or refunds will be processed without receiving the returned item first.
